About This Opportunity
Our client is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Operations to lead our manufacturing and operations as they scale their innovative EP medical device solutions. This is a pivotal leadership role for a proven operations executive who thrives in high-growth environments and has deep expertise in medical device manufacturing.
You'll have the opportunity to build and scale operations from the ground up, in a 40K square foot facility to increase yields from 300- 30K a month; implementing a robust MRP systems, and create distribution networks that will support our company's ambitious growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
Manufacturing & Production Leadership

Distribution & Logistics
Design and build product distribution network and fulfillment capabilities

What You Bring
Education & Certifications

10+ years of operations leadership experience in the medical device industry
Previous VP of Operations role in a medical device startup (strongly preferred)

Experience with single-use disposable sterile medical device and capitol equipment production
Experience in startup and high-growth environments

Position Profile
Weaver is seeking talented professionals to join our growing Energy Compliance Services (ECS) team. Weaver's ECS practice is dedicated to helping businesses navigate compliance with evolving regulations, including regulations governed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board, as well as other various states and provinces. Many of the environmental programs we focus on within our ECS practice are rooted in managing the human impact on the environment, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing sustainability. We have substantial expertise and experience with transportation fuel regulations, including petroleum-based fuels as well as renewable fuels.
The ECS Supervisor Chemical Engineer will be responsible for leading assurance and consulting engagements that generally relate to regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for developing expertise in technical laws and regulations related to the ECS practice. Day-to-day work will include assisting with and supervising engineering reviews, conducting on-site inspections of renewable fuel production facilities, and performing mass and energy balance calculations. They will also prepare client-ready deliverables, assist in preparation of annual template updates, and provide client billing and other status updates. They will work closely with leadership either in a physical office setting (Houston, Denver, or San Diego) or remotely from our Virtual Office in order to execute plans effectively.
This is an opportunity that will require up to 20% travel to clients in the U.S.
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited University
* 4+ years of experience in the chemical engineering field, with a solid background in project management, consulting, regulatory compliance, and/or client relations

Job Summary
The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information pertaining to loans. In addition, to verifying and updating credit information as requested by clients in support of the mortgage underwriting process, provides operational support to the production team through the course of the credit report supplement process.
Job Responsibilities

•Provides credit information and references for customers, loan officers, or other agencies as requested.

Pay Range & Benefits
$38,859.60 - $64,766.00 Annually
The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.

We are seeking a Data and Algorithms Engineer with strong expertise in data analysis, algorithm development, and machine learning to work on a large database of clinical procedure data collected from our medical devices and help design algorithms based on findings from the dataset. This position involves extracting and engineering meaningful features from multi-channel recorded time-series datastreams, developing and applying advanced learning models, and generating actionable insights to improve classification algorithms implemented in medical device systems.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who thrives on exploring complex datasets, designing and validating ML models, and collaborating with software and systems engineers to translate analytical findings into optimized real-time classification logic for embedded implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and maintain data pipelines for large-scale clinical and commercial datasets
Perform signal processing and analysis on time-series data, feature extraction, and data normalization on recorded data streams from a variety of integrated sensors.
Design and test updated classification algorithms based on the analysis of recorded datasets, and work with embedded firmware engineers to get these algorithms implemented in embedded systems

The Sr/Staff Process Development Engineer will be a core team member of the Product Development group leading early development of novel manufacturing processes. Additionally, the engineer will oversee, troubleshoot, and improve existing production processes. This role will focus on our novel catheter product line.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and prototype novel manufacturing processes.
Identify areas of improvements in current processes, create and execute and improvement plan.
Create and execute DOEs to determine critical parameters.
Prototype fixtures using 3-D printers, lathe, drill press, band saw, etc.
Represent Manufacturing on cross functional teams ensuring proper DFM.
Emphasize quality and utilize a risk-driven approach to ensure compliance to risk management policies and practices and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures that comply with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and any other applicable domestic.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of related experience in the medical device industry in a manufacturing or R&D role.
Cardiovascular Catheter assembly using processes such as adhesive bonding, thermal bonding, and ultrasonic welding.
Proven track record using a variety of design tools, prototyping techniques, and evaluation methods to develop, test, and demonstrate the value of new concepts.
Ability to exercise sound decision-making and good judgment consistent with a senior level position.
An inventive aptitude balanced with discipline and detail-orientation.
