I enjoyed the fast-paced environment and the ability to continuously improve with guided leadership and uncapped income

there was a lot of pressure however I enjoyed the pressure to do my best every day.

every client we signed up to go instore if they went and bough devices we got a cut of the purchase. it was a great incentive and even though it was a call center it never felt like one, it was fun and uplifting while at work.

Pros of working at Russell Cellular

Freedom no manger on-site gave us more freedom I believe branch manager came once a week to meetings.

Cons of working at Russell Cellular

Secondary sales I prefer to work for an independent dealer that way I make more sales and more in commission. Seems fairer to customers too.
