Russell Investments is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking communication professional to join our Corporate Communications team in Seattle as an Executive Digital Communications Lead (Social Media). In this role, you'll partner closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership to shape and amplify the firm's executive voice across digital channels (especially Linkedin), investor materials, and internal communications. You'll report directly to the Global Head of Corporate Communications.
You will shape and deliver short-form video scripts, LinkedIn content, RFP letters, leadership notes, and high-impact internal communications-bringing Russell's brand and leadership tone to life across a variety of platforms. This position combines strategic executive storytelling with hands-on digital execution.

Core Responsibilities
* Partner with the CEO, CMO and Head of Comms to develop and script high-impact content for LinkedIn, investor videos, internal updates, and leadership messaging.
* Own the full execution of all CEO LinkedIn content in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff and the Office of the CEO (OCEO).
* Lead the creation and launch of a recurring LinkedIn video series for executive spokespeople.
* Create high-impact content across multiple formats-teleprompter-ready video scripts, thank-you notes, pitch materials, podcasts, and short-form digital storytelling.
* Translate complex investment topics and macroeconomic insights into clear, compelling communications on social media.
* Manage messaging and asset quality across visual and media formats, partnering with internal video and creative teams as well as external agencies
* Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate drafting, enhance tone alignment, and streamline content workflows
* Collaborate across Communications, Marketing, PR, and the Investment Division to ensure consistency, clarity, and platform alignment
* Maintain a living tone and messaging toolkit to support executive voice alignment across channels
Qualifications
* 3-7 years of experience in social media communications, journalism, digital content, or executive writing-ideally within asset management, professional services, or financial media
* Strong experience scripting and writing for executive stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to capture voice and intent
* Fluency in social and digital platforms, including video scripting and short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn
* Familiarity with investment themes and financial communications; ability to distill and communicate complex topics to different audiences
* Background in RFPs, client communications, or investor messaging is preferred
* Proficiency with AI tools and emerging digital platforms that enhance storytelling and engagement.
* A strong editorial instinct with exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will lead, manage and coordinate the daily operations processing of corporate action activity by the corporate actions team. This team is responsible for the managing both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions functions, processing corporate actions in appropriate systems, and being a subject matter expert on corporate actions for other teams at Parametric. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. This is a volume-intensive, data-driven role overseeing the administration and daily processing of corporate actions related to over 200,000 client portfolios, both domestic and global. Portfolio strategies are typically a single asset class, of which a majority are equity and additional focus on fixed income, derivatives and multi-asset portfolios continuing to grow in importance. The person in this role must feel comfortable with demonstrating best-practices in work at all times, managing expectations and accountability, and work closely with other department heads to ensure that deliverables are met. This position will work closely with vendors, technology, and portfolio management departments to build out a scalable operating model while reducing risk.

What will make you successful in the role:

You will be responsible for the review of US Mutual Funds, US Exchange Traded Funds and US Alternative Investments tax returns and the calculation of dividends to be paid from these funds. This position will also perform reviews to ensure that all funds adhere to regulations outlined in IRC code section 851 and are taxed as regulated investment companies. You will work closely with other associates to apply all tax regulations in the preparation of tax provisions for various entities.
The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:
Preparation of workpapers for all tax returns (Forms 1120-RIC, 5500, 8613 and 1065)
Working closely with external vendors (fund accounting, fund auditors, foreign tax agents) to ensure that information related to tax deliverables is on time and accurate
Review of compliance and testing as it relates to IRC Section 851
Review specific M-1 tax adjustments (PFIC, Wash Sales, Straddles)
Review of shareholder year end reporting (Form 1099-DIV, supplemental shareholder reports)
Design, develop, and implement process changes due to changing tax law or product initiatives
Preparation/review of monthly capital gain dividend estimates
Managing the scheduling and review of all tax returns (Forms 1120-RIC, 5500, 8613 and 1065)
Scheduling and reviewing the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual dividend calculations
Coordination and review of quarterly estimated client K-1s
Work closely with other internal teams and external auditors to prepare the tax footnote disclosures required for annual reports

The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred (or equivalent experience).
