Participate in on-call rotations and defect triage to ensure platform stability. Requirements: Strong experience writing Agile user stories & acceptance criteria. Ecommerce or digital product experience (retail preferred). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and terminology. Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure consistent communication and alignment of objectives. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and compliance requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as a Business Analyst. Preferred Skills: Experience with third-party integrations (EDI, tax, reporting tools, etc.). Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. JDE upgrade or implementation project experience is highly desirable.
