We are particularly interested in Estimators with a background in cost modeling, quantity takeoffs, change order analysis, and capital project estimating. Qualified candidates should have experience preparing estimates at various stages of design and construction for public agencies or large infrastructure programs, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Perform quantity take-offs, material and labor cost analysis, and pricing of subcontractor work. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction personnel to ensure estimates are accurate and aligned with scope and schedule. Maintain and update estimating tools, databases, and historical cost data. Prepare cost reports and present estimates to project teams and stakeholders. Support the development of value engineering, change order analysis, and risk assessments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of construction cost estimating experience (depending on level). Demonstrated experience with infrastructure or vertical construction projects in at least one of the sectors listed. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, cost estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, RSMeans), and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6). Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage complex estimates with competing priorities.
