**Experience (Required):**
+ 10+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical leadership, or similar roles within top technology companies.
+ Extensive experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and large-scale distributed systems.
+ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
+ Experience with machine learning, search technologies, and data-driven products is highly desirable.
+ Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives impacting multiple business units and global markets.
+ Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
**Experience (Desired):**
+ Background in hardware/software engineering or product development.
+ Experience in globalization and localization strategies for large-scale consumer products.
+ Familiarity with performance and scalability engineering practices.
