Lead and manage all repair facility personnel. Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings . Attend monthly managers meetings. Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team. Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours. Education and/or Experience Required Post-Secondary Education or equivalent. Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role. Required Skills/Abilities Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
