The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repairs, preventative maintenance and the overall upkeep of the assets and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
Initiate and complete work orders within Asset Essentials
Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment
Perform duties including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines
Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S
Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility
Responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient spare parts inventory
Coordinating with outside contractors for repairs to be outsourced
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
One or more years of demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications
The ability to read electrical schematics and vocational maintenance training certificate preferred
Requires basic knowledge of computers and operating systems
Requires physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull and use hands and fingers to feel and handle material for extended time frames
Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly. Includes the ability to stoop, squat, crawl and kneel as needed
Requires strong problem-solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications
Must have ability to multi-task and to identify and execute process improvements as needed

Knowledge of operation of mechanical lift, wheel chairs, seat belts, restraining harness, wheel chair clamping devices, and any other assisting devices; knowledge of safe practices concerning school bus transportation; knowledge of problems and concerns of students with special needs; skills in basic record-keeping techniques; knowledge of applicable sections of the Kentucky Administrative Regulations and other applicable laws; knowledge of health and safety regulations; ability to assist school bus driver in maintaining discipline while bus is in operation assuring safety of students; ability to maintain proper records and documentation; ability to assist students loading and unloading and with seating arrangements as required; ability to understand and relate to children with special needs; ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to lift students according to established guidelines; ability to maintain current knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures; ability to observe health and safety regulations; ability to maintain certification in First Aid and Adult/Child CPR.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintains order and discipline among students on the bus following District policies and procedures regarding disciplining of students and contact with school officials, parents, and the public; interacts with parents regarding questions, concerns, and disputes.
-Observes applicable local, state, and federal laws, policies, procedures and guidelines.
-Assists exceptional and pre-kindergarten children on and off the bus and escorts children across street upon pick up and return home; lifts children as required; assures responsible adult meets age appropriate students leaving the bus.
-Operates equipment including wheelchairs, tie-downs, seat belts, harness, mechanical lift, and other adaptive equipment as necessary.
-Assists driver in assuring seat belts, harness, and wheel chair clamps are secured as required.
-Assists parents and school personnel with safe loading and unloading of students; coordinates seating of students; maintains an updated diagram and list of seating assignments.
-Consults with and assists bus driver in documentation of student information, record-keeping, and completing route surveys.
-Attends in-service meetings and training courses as assigned.
-Monitors and assists students while bus is in operation.
-Maintains current knowledge of and assists in Emergency Evacuation procedures.
-Communicates with classroom aides, teachers, principals, and parents concerning student background, medical problems, and behavior as appropriate.
-Utilizes two-way radio for bus-to-bus and bus-to-base communication according to federal and local regulations and procedures.
-Performs related duties and other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Transportation Director and the Superintendent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diligent in the consistent and strategic surveillance of the gaming floor and observation of operators throughout the shift.
Ensures all equipment is operational and documents/reports any malfunctions immediately to the Surveillance Supervisor or above.
Ensures surveillance activities, as required, are properly documented.
Ensures all incident reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Properly secures all potential evidence from CCTV video recordings.
Consistently adheres to strict confidentiality in all matters related to property Surveillance.
As directed by Surveillance Management, makes statements, to police officials when involved in an incident with law enforcement. This statement may be used as evidence in a court of law.
Consistently utilizes proper radio etiquette.
Cooperates with KHRC Officials and the police as directed to support a positive working relationship in support of the Surveillance operation.
Effectively records all gaming transactions in accordance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance.
Follows all policies and procedures as they relate to addressing barred patrons.
In the absence of the Surveillance Supervisor, informs the Surveillance Assistant Manager or above of all significant incidents. This includes bomb threats, scams and cheating, mass disturbances, loss of coverage of either of the counts or collections, etc.
Provides BIG Service to internal guests and ensures their complete satisfaction, inclusive of greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must have a thorough knowledge, or ability to learn, of security equipment operation. Must have third shift availability.
Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
