Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Analytics Manager will support the Planning, Purchasing, and Sourcing functions through advanced data analytics and reporting. This role will own and manage sourcing-related cost condition mass loads (including Tariffs, Freight, and Devanning costs) and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to drive visibility into spend, cost trends, and supplier performance. Create and distribute standardized and ad hoc reports to stakeholders across Supply Chain, Pricing, Finance, and Sourcing.
Leverage Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling) for in-depth analysis.
Ensure data integrity between SAP, Power BI, and supporting systems in partnership with IT.
Work closely with IT to troubleshoot data integration issues, enhance reporting automation, and optimize ERP/BI connectivity.
Knowledge and Experience:
5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, sourcing analytics, or a related analytical role.
Hands-on experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.

Position Summary

Position Summary:
The Creative Operations Specialist manages the production of product labels and creative artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. This role oversees label maintenance, artwork requests, and marketing communication projects while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers. Label Production & Maintenance
Own the internal label production process from intake through final approval.
Create, maintain, and continuously update label templates and data in internal systems.

Global Sourcing Intern Position Summary
The Global Sourcing Intern will work directly with Sourcing personnel at all levels within Oatey's org structure. Position Summary:
The SAP Security Specialist is responsible for the design, governance, and ongoing management of SAP security and access controls within Oatey's SAP S/4HANA environment. This role serves as an individual contributor, owning Business Role Management, SAP GRC Access Control, and user access governance to ensure secure, compliant, and business-aligned SAP solutions. The position partners closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate job responsibilities into least-privilege role designs, support audit and compliance requirements, and continuously improve SAP security maturity.
Position Responsibilities:

IT Analytics Intern Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of senior IT leadership, the intern will complete a variety of assignments to support modern analytics at Oatey to include ingestion of new data sources, creating new data pipelines and transformations, creating new reporting views in SQL, working alongside business teams in the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards, and further improving the overall analytics community with new training content and documentation. The Environmental & Regulatory Counsel is responsible for providing timely, sound, practical legal advice and counseling to business unit leaders and facilities regarding environmental and safety laws and regulations, including:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Heat Transfer & Fluid Flow Engineer - Fiber Manufacturing leads development of new technologies from a fundamental science approach that delivers greater manufacturing productivity and product quality with capital-efficient operations. This position requires a deep understanding of the physics and engineering challenges involved in fiberizing at high temperatures and rotational speeds, as well as proficiency in mechanical engineering, heat transfer and turbulent fluid flow. This extends to the engineering challenges of collecting fibers from a high-flow, turbulent air stream to achieve uniform weight distribution and optimal pack structure that deliver desirable thermal and mechanical properties to the product.
The engineer will utilize physical experimentation, theoretical models, and advanced numerical modeling tools for designing and analyzing fiberizing and collection systems with the goal to enhance performance while using scientific approaches that balance accuracy and cost. The engineer is also responsible to work with an extended team to translate the fundamental understanding into practical designs for evaluation in venues that range from a laboratory environment to an industrial manufacturing plant.
