UBHC, one of the largest providers of behavioral health care in the country, has a budget of $260 million and has 15 sites throughout New Jersey. Services are readily accessible and include: inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, screening, crisis stabilization, family/caregiver support, community outreach and case management, supportive housing, supported employment, prevention and consultation, employee assistance programs, and a licensed therapeutic school from preschool through high school. Specialty services include the New Jersey suicide prevention helpline and peer help lines for police, veterans, active military, teachers, mothers of special needs children and child protective service workers. In FY2016, UBHC treated 16,199 consumers, had 24,502 admissions, and touched the lives of 19,441 individual callers through peer support. In addition, UBHC is the primary mental health training resource for the New Jersey departments of Human Services, Children and Families, and Corrections, delivering 16,000 trainings each year. Posting Summary Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Per Diem Healthcare Provider for the Worker2Worker Unit within Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care. The primary purpose of the Per Diem Healthcare Provider position is to provide peer support for Division of Child Protection & Permanency (DCP&P) employees throughout the State of New Jersey that meet quality and quantity standards within the DCP&P Program. Performs functions in support of the DCP&P Program mission as well as the DCP&P Program project goals providing streamlined, prompt, and "consumer friendly" access to UBHC services. Among the key duties of the position are the following: * As part of the DCP&P team, actively participates in ensuring the telephone calls/service requests are handled in an effective and "consumer friendly" manner. * Maintains comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of eligibility and admission criteria for units and programs served by DCP&P, as observed by supervisor. * Assesses client's clinical condition in order to make/authorize an appropriate disposition. * Develops collaborative professional relationships with telephone-contact personnel in other UBHC units and outside agencies, as observed by supervisor. * Assists in supervision of daily operations of the DCP&P program when needed. * Conforms to unit policies relating to functional needs of the DCP&P program.     Job Summary: The NYU Program of Nutrition at Steinhardt and the Institute of Human Development and Social Change (IHDSC) are seeking a Postdoctoral Associate to support Dr. Angela Trude and the OPT-FRESH research team. This role will provide comprehensive involvement in all aspects of the project, including protocol development, data collection and analysis, manuscript preparation, and dissemination of study findings. The Postdoctoral Associate will devote 12 person-months of effort each year to the project, Data Management and Sharing activities, assisting the Data Manager with data curation and documentation. Project Overview: OPT-FRESH is a 5-year NIH-funded intervention trial addressing gaps in healthy food access among low-income families. Using the multiphase optimization strategy (MOST), the study tests three intervention components designed to reduce barriers to online healthy food purchases: 1) weekly text messages to improve trust in online grocery services; 2) weekly match of up to $10 as a financial incentive for purchasing FVL online; and 3) weekly instant shoppable grocery lists of tailored meal suggestions using SNAP-Ed recipes. OPT-FRESH will provide a unique opportunity to identify effective, scalable, and efficient strategies that could be used to reach the over 44 million people in the U.S., including six million children, experiencing food insecurity, thus addressing important social determinants of health that explain health disparities related to cardiovascular disease. Specific Responsibilities: Support the PI and research team in all aspects of study design, protocol development, and implementation. Conduct data collection, management, and analysis, including qualitative and quantitative methods. Assist the Data Manager with Data Management and Sharing activities (e.g., data curation, documentation, compliance with NIH data-sharing requirements). Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit The Division of Finance and Operations at UNC-Chapel Hill encompasses a broad range of departments (Facilities Services, Finance, Budget & Data Analysis, Real Estate & Campus Enterprises, Human Resources, and Organizational Strategy and Performance) that serve and support the University's teaching, research, and public service mission through dedicated, innovative work processes and high-quality customer service. The HR Information Management Department is a sub-unit of the division and works collaboratively with HR managers, HR staff, Information Technology Services, other central offices, and customers to help improve HR related processes and systems. This ranges from determining business needs, analyzing and identifying solutions, configuring the system, specifying system/integration changes, testing and educating end users about using the functionality. The team supports the University's ConnectCarolina HR/Payroll (PeopleSoft) system which is used for Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll activities and a variety of other HR related systems such as the Recruiting system, the Background Check system, the I-9/eVerify system and the Talent Management System (for Learning and Performance Management). The unit also develops and maintains several small to medium scale departmental databases. The unit provides level 2 support for customer issues and ongoing functional support of the systems such as applying bundles and patches and implementing changes and enhancements requested to support new or changed business processes. The team handles HR reporting and data analytics including assessing, developing and producing necessary management reporting products and producing metrics and analytics to support a data-driven approach to HR service delivery. Position Summary This position is a 100% remote work arrangement, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside in North Carolina, within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station. The primary purpose of this position is to provide reporting solutions and analytical support to stakeholders internal and external to the division. * Identifies reporting needs, communicates with stakeholders, and delivers sustainable reporting solutions. * Evaluates technical designs and communicates recommendations when potential hazards exist or impacts to other systems were not described in the document. * Proactively and independently identifies data issues through extensive data analysis and communicates achievable solutions to the relevant audience. * Mentors and influences other Business Analysts and technical staff through training to ensure that high quality coding strategies are applied consistently across campus. * Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to develop complicated reporting solutions that rely on data from multiple sources and are necessary to achieve compliance across the University. * Develops and provides complex reporting solutions using PS Query and/or SQL * Trouble-shoots and resolves tickets and reporting issues, provides support for report testing. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Master's and 1-2 years' experience; or Bachelors and 2-4 years' experience; or will accept a combination of related education and experience in substitution. Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and thrive in a highly dynamic environment 1-3 years' experience with writing SQL and/or PS Query Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience 3-5 years' experience with SQL and/or PeopleSoft Query technology. 1-3 years' experience in a Higher Education Environment strongly preferred 1-3 years' experience with reporting or data analysis in Human Resources, Payroll or Benefits preferred 1-3 years' experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP system strongly preferred 1-3 years' experience with Informatica Special Physical/Mental Requirements Campus Security Authority Responsibilities Not Applicable.
