About the role
The Extruder Operator is responsible for the setup, startup, operation, shutdown, and teardown of the extruder and related equipment. Overseer Board
While the ECEFC is congregational in its form in the sense that all leaders are accountable to the
congregation, the administrative responsibilities and authority of the congregation are delegated to the Overseer Board. The Overseer Board is made up of nine ECEFC members, 1/3 of which are elected annually for a three-year term. A member may not be elected for more than two three-year consecutive terms and must not be a board member for at least one year before being eligible again. The Senior Pastor is a voting member of the Overseer Board.
The Candidate
The Senior Pastor shall know Christ as his personal Savior and be living an exemplary life in accordance with scriptural guidelines for church leaders. He will be sound in his faith and doctrine and qualified to preach and teach the Word of God as led by the Holy Spirit.
The Senior Pastor is hired by the congregation. The Pastor and the Overseer Board, led by the Holy Spirit are together responsible for the spiritual direction and vision of the church. The Pastor shall proclaim and model a life of prayer, love, and care for the congregation. He shall lead the church in evangelizing the lost and discipling the believers.
Some of the duties of the Senior Pastor will include:
• Preaching and teaching
• Plan worship services with the Worship Ministry Team

• Serve communion at least four times per year with the help of the Deacons
• Be available to officiate weddings, funerals, baby dedications, and baptisms
• Provide counseling as needed by the congregation

Provide training and develop training-related materials
Follow-up and audit project progress to ensure results are achieved and sustained
Resolve implementation issues, creating and managing implementation communication processes, and ensuring consistency
Utilize OEE and other tools to identify gaps in performance versus best practices, and then work with all levels of the plant in establishing and executing a strategy for improving them
Generate correspondence, host conference calls, meetings and events to launch projects, and support initiatives
Routinely engage and support Corporate leaders and task force groups to guide and/or manage improvement efforts
Lead, assistant and develop deliverables such as standard work to sustain improvement efforts

Serves as the go-to expert for launching Lean processes and deployment strategies across the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's of Science preferred in a field relevant to plant operations
A minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing setting, plastics preferred
In depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and Lean Six Sigma methodology
Proven experience in Launching a Lean culture in a Manufacturing environment that has never had Lean
Displays initiative, desire to drive change and is motivated to exceed expectations
Proven project management
Strong communication skills - shop floor through management

The pilot has the overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of crew and passengers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure all information on the route, weather, passengers, and aircraft is received. Using that information to create a flight plan which details the altitude for the flight, route to be taken and amount of fuel required.
Ensure the fuel levels balance safety with economy and supervising the loading and fueling of the aircraft.
Ensure all safety systems are working properly.
Carry out pre-flight checks on the navigation and operating systems.
Communicate with air traffic control before take-off and during flight and landing.
Ensure noise regulations are followed during take-off and landing.
Understand and interpret data from instruments and controls.
Make regular checks on the aircraft's technical performance and position, on weather conditions and air traffic during flight.
React quickly and appropriately to environmental changes and emergencies.
Update the aircraft logbook and write a report at the end of the flight noting any incidents or problems with the aircraft.
Responsible for performing light maintenance on the aircraft.
Responsible for the coordination of ground transportation in advance for passengers at the destination.
When not performing flight-related duties, you will learn Kahler systems, equipment, and processes, and assist field technicians on-site with the successful completion of commissioning or repair work.
