Job Overview:
The Pediatric Specialty Center is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to provide professional nursing support for pediatric patients cared for by the physician. Responsible for patient telephone follow-up clinical calls related to, but not limited to, prescription renewals, lab and x-ray results, test scheduling, prior authorizations, managing and documenting within patient medical records. This position is only 10% Research and the remainder is Staff RN for GI and Rheumatology.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing

* Attend Trial Meetings/ participates in teleconferences as required by the Sponsor
* Responsible for Research Regulatory IRB protocols, including submission to IRB
* Coordinates the clinical protocols within the code of good clinical practice as regulated by the FDA
* Assures that the facility meets all expectations of the study for the trial during site inspections and monitoring visits
* Meets with the study monitor and sponsors during scheduled site visits; maintains effective working relationships with clinical research staff of Sponsors

The Trinitas Psychiatric Emergency Room offers 7 beds and provides evaluations and stabilization for patients in psychiatric crisis 24 hours a day. Our team has the skills and experience to help patients of every ethnic and socio-economic background who are struggling with a range of psychiatric issues, including anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder, cognitive and memory problems, substance abuse disorders, and psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. Trinitas' Emergency Mental Health Services include a crisis intervention team for immediate response, onsite psychiatric emergency services, off-site/mobile psychiatric emergency services for those who can't reach the hospital, and walk-in services for unscheduled psychiatric emergencies.

Job Overview:
The RWJBarnabas Health New Graduate RN Residency program is a one-year program that provides New Graduate RN's with a safe, caring, supportive and robust learning environment. Allowing the new graduate nurse to gain clinical competency and achieve transition from student to professional practice. It includes a:
* Preceptor and relationship-guided new graduate transition program.
* Continuing education and ongoing enhancement of professional development.
* Specialty specific Foundational Courses developed to reflect scope and standards of practice.
* Application of professional accountability and ethical practice inherent in the role of the registerednurse.
* Recognition of the effects of skilled nursing practice on patient safety, quality and satisfaction.
* Self-care focus to a maintain a safe and fulfilling nursing practice for both the nurse and patient.
* Mentorship to support the new graduate nurse though their first year of practice and beyond.
* Hired into the area of specialty.
* Variable Day or Night Shift
Required:
* Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program
* NJ RN licensure prior to date of hire
* Less than 6 months of RN experience
* Commitment to orientation requirements
* BLS
Preferred:
* BSN

As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services, providing high-quality patient care in the intraoperative setting,
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready,
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective patient care,
Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections and complications,
Learn both the scrub and circulating role,
Requirements:
Valid RN license in New Jersey,
BSN
BLS required, ACLS preferred,
New graduates are encouraged to apply, however previous healthcare experience is preferred,
Strong communication and teamwork skills,
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure,
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety,
