Job Overview: The Creative Arts Therapist provides clinical assessments and therapeutic groups to adult inpatients in the psychiatric inpatient units. The Creative Arts Therapist is responsible for providing creative art therapies in art, recreation, dance/movement, or drama to best serve the needs of adult psychiatric inpatients. This role is part of an interdisciplinary team and will also assist in the monitoring of the therapeutic milieu. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight: Serve as Division Chief of Neuromuscular Disorders and supervise division faculty. Direct the MDA‑designated ALS Center of Excellence and the Electromyography (EMG) Laboratory at RWJUH‑New Brunswick. Guide program development and faculty mentoring within the division.
