Named one of the top fifty entrepreneurs in New York City, Ryan Stana is the Founder and CEO of award-winning RWS Entertainment Group, a premiere production company creating memorable entertainment, consumer events and branded experiences since 2003. Stana’s company produces, writes, directs and choreographs shows and television events, which garnered him a 2009 EMMY® Award, numerous IAAPA Brass Ring awards and nominations, multiple Magellan Awards for his work with Holland America Line and Azamara, along with the 2012 Golden Ticket Award for “Supplier of the Year” by Amusement Today.RWS operates out of its New York City-based facility, as well as its recently launched European headquarters, based in London. The Emmy Award-Winning company has become North America’s largest provider of branded entertainment, creating live experiences with Mattel, Lincoln Center, Billboard, Rolling Stone Magazine, Survivor, Guinness World Records, Madame Tussauds, Hershey Chocolate World and Europa-Park. RWS also developed a program inspired by Oprah Winfrey and O, The Oprah Magazine for Holland America Line. Supplying over 3,000 seasonal performers and technicians annually for the attractions and leisure industry, RWS acquired 12 time Artios Award-winning Binder Casting in 2016, a top Broadway, film and TV casting firm whose casting footprint spans from commercials to films such as Chicago and Dreamgirls to Radio City Music Hall Rockettes, Hollywood Bowl and Broadway’s The Lion King. As an industry leader, Stana serves on the entertainment committee for International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), as well as on the Board of Directors for the Broadway Dreams Foundation, an organization that offers training to youth from socio-economic backgrounds who aspire for a career in musical theatre. His expertise is valued by the industry, and he is regularly cited in top-tier publications, including The Wall Street Journal. Stana holds a BFA from the prestigious University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music and Point Park University where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
