Safe location and clean
No sick time. No tolerance policy at all. You could work here for years and being ill one time gets points . You and your whole family all have to have magical powers and never get sick if you don’t want to be in trouble.
Air and nice lady packaging
The management at Rx Systems is amazing an helpful. They work right along side their employees and make sure everyone feels comfortable in their job.
The owners of the company always go out of their way to do activities to show their gratitude to their employees.

They do fun stuff all the time. Let all employees pick cardinals game tickets was the best.
30 years production experience and move here from another state. Took the job and discovered this is the worst company I ever worked at bad for families, bad benefits and no wonder no one is ever happy on shifts.
Schedule reliable usually. Tight control on safer areas in factory work.

They do not make you buy into their uniforms and I can wear my clothes.

There are no benefits unless you pay a lot and their human resource is not nice at all. No investment or retirement. Poor flexibility with family medical appointments no understanding and no sick time

They are not nice people they stare at you to judge and you have to ask to go to the bathroom. You can get health plan but would be too expensive. They do not have sick time.
