Job Profile
The Client Services Director is a trusted partner and point of contact for RxAnte's health plan clients. Reporting into the VP of Client Services, the ideal candidate will partner closely with teammates in client strategy and operations; coordinate internal RxAnte teams such as Data Services, Product Management, and Client Analytics; and deliver operational excellence, manage day-to-day client interactions and operations, and drive value, customer satisfaction, and corporate success.
The Director will listen to, learn from, and synthesize client priorities and inquiries. This foundational relationship will help identify areas of improvement in RxAnte's analytics, intervention strategy, program operations, and performance evaluation so that we may continue to consistently deliver value. The Director will be responsible for owning the operational and relationship components of several ongoing or new client programs, and will be an expert on all issues and details surrounding the portfolio of clients they are assigned, including: contract terms, relationship status, program strategy, key contacts, and performance measures. In partnership with the VP of Client Services and the VP of Business Development team, the Client Services Director will expand their client relationships to identify new and repeat business opportunities and foster an ongoing revenue stream. The Client Services Director will also support cross-client, cross-organizational strategic and operational initiatives as appropriate.
Specific responsibilities are as follows:
Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines by communicating regularly with internal team members, and acting as an internal and external project manager who ensures successful tracking and delivery of client goals across key financial, clinical, operational, and service capabilities;
Maintain an understanding of RxAnte's capabilities/vision, and effectively communicate all relevant offerings to the client, identifying upsell opportunities;
Gather and analyze data to identify trends and areas of success and improvement, determine root cause issues, create work plans, and develop quality output for internal and external constituents;
Support the design, build, implementation and ongoing management of new products, clinical programs and/or support for client initiatives and play an active role in expanding client relationships;
Cultivate in-depth relationships with vendors and sub-contractors, to manage issues as they arise in an effective and timely manner, escalating to senior management as appropriate;
Lead and/or participate in new business proposals and contract extensions, including the procurement process and drive the onboarding of new clients as they transition from the business development team;
Achieve a high rate of client retention and stated revenue targets for existing clients;
Oversee all aspects of client deliverables, including coordination with technical and analytic teams, identification of potential issues, risk mitigation, and entering and tracking of tasks in company project management software;
Define deliverable acceptance criteria to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met;
Communicate client goals and strategic initiatives to the internal RxAnte teams, including coordinating across departments by scheduling and facilitating meetings as needed to share product development feedback and input.
Administer an annual strategic planning process for each client (focus on product, relationship and revenue growth) and continually work to ensure successful completion of that plan to achieve relationship and financial goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Healthcare experience and domain expertise, in particular with health plans, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and quality or performance measurement
Master's degree or other advanced degrees in health services research, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields; and 5-8 years of related experience as a client-facing lead in the health care industry (i.e. health plan, hospital, healthcare services, pharmaceutical, etc.)
Excellent written and oral presentation skills with the ability to engage, build credibility, and create trust across all levels of an organization
Willingness and ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and with team members at various levels
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with senior management
Propensity toward curiosity, analysis, problem solving, and/or strategic insight; and a bias toward action, idea execution, and/or answer-seeking

Job Profile
The Manager of Business Intelligence, Data Reporting, and Visualization reports directly to the VP Data Services and is responsible for managing the BI team who design and build the reports required to deliver RxAnte's Business Intelligence and Reporting. Strong data modeling, system architecture, and report design experience are required. In addition to directing the design and development of BI, the manager will contribute to the BI roadmap, project scoping including working with clients, sprint planning, technical system design, and development. The CFO is responsible for overall financial administration of the hospital, including revenue cycle, general accounting, information systems and financial reporting in accordance with all hospital and corporate policies and procedures. Will ensure accurate capturing and posting of all financial and daily accounting activity and ensures that monthly financial statements and regular productivity reports are completed and distributed on a timely basis.
Contribute to and monitor performance goals and objectives (EBITDAR target). Analyzes variances and with CEO, develops action plans to achieve assigned targets.
Maintain patient accounts receivable at amounts appropriate for market, payer, and acuity mix (measured by AR days).
Ensures all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and systems of internal controls are in place to facilitate a clean audit opinion.
Typically supervises the areas of Accounting, Patient Financial Services, Purchasing, Payroll and other departments as required at the individual hospital.
Ensures that month end financial closing process is completed accurately and timely; prepares financial statements and monthly operating review reports to co-present with the hospital CEO to corporate management.
Responsible for preparation of annual operating and capital budgets for the hospital.
Assists the corporate finance and accounting team in the annual independent audit preparation and process.
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting of operating statistics and financial metrics as scheduled and or requested.

5. Operates communications equipment in keeping with assigned duties.
6. Responds to non-emergency situation when the presence of a Police Officer is requested in other areas of the hospital by the Security Specialist.

8. Promotes security awareness among hospital staff whenever possible.
9. Demonstrates ability to access various areas of the Hospital, MOB, and Hospital grounds, at least 20% of the time in response to emergency situation. Demonstrates ability to exert a high level of physical effort in order to restrain and hold violent/combative persons. Requires visual acuity and proficient hearing in order to react and respond quickly and appropriately to loud pages, beepers and a variety of emergency situations.

The Vice President of Clinical Performance, under direction of the Chief Medical Officer, is responsible for providing physician clinical leadership to direct and advance enterprise-wide efforts to improve value (clinical quality, patient safety, patient experience, access, cost) of care provided to Somatus patients. The VP, Clinical Performance will work closely as the physician partner to the SVP, Clinical Operations and broader clinical operations teams to assess performance across payor-product partners and geographies and to reliably achieve market leading performance. Works closely with clinical data analytics and actuarial teams to develop, refine, and deploy clinical performance population health initiatives and interventions for management use across the enterprise.
The VP, Clinical Performance will be a key member of the corporate clinical leadership team. In close partnership with the SVP, Clinical Operations, the VP will be expected to both develop and deploy a systematic approach to total cost of care (TCOC) improvement as part of routine market management as well as targeted, centrally-led strategic improvement efforts with Operations leaders across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Provide physician leadership for all aspects of value-based care performance including (but not limited to): multi-payor total cost of care management, clinical quality outcome management, patient safety, NCQA HEDIS quality performance, etc.
Analyze, interpret and apply healthcare payor claims data around $PMPM, Unit/1000, $$/Unit metrics to systematically explore and identify opportunities to improve total cost of care and clinical quality outcomes.
Serve as a physician clinical subject matter expert and resource for clinical program and training teams.
Experienced clinical understanding of inpatient and outpatient care delivery to be able to assess appropriate utilization and reduce avoidable acute care utilization.
Conducts and/or supports quality improvement and outcomes studies related to clinical quality outcomes, total cost of care management, and management of avoidable acute care utilization.
Engages and interacts with physician leaders across payor and provider partners, seeking to identify and operationalize partner collaboration opportunities to improve outcomes for shared patient populations.
Serve as physician leader for robust patient safety program across the enterprise.
Monitors member satisfaction survey results and works with quality team to augment changes as needed to optimize patient experience and satisfaction.
Assists, as appropriate, with the contracting process with providers and evaluates the medical aspects of provider contracts.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new information, capabilities, and technologies in value based clinical performance as supported in health plans, ACOs, and value-based providers.
Understands and supports patient stratification, continuous evaluation, and restratification of members for appropriate resource allocation.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited medical school with M.D. degree.
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in clinical practice.
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in value-based care settings.
Track record of driving process, quality, and cost outcomes while improving patient care, patient satisfaction, and patient outcomes.
Leadership experience of people, programs, and resources.
Preferred:
