CEO makes sound decisions and trusts his team.
How would you improve Ryder System's culture?
The dog whistles of racism are highly prevalent in many many areas. They closed their DEI c suite position and opened one at a lower level that has very little affect on hiring practices. They hire white and light. They tolerate Latino since HQ is in Miami but most managers are racist white males.
