We are currently seeking a Director National Accounts, responsible for identifying, developing and managing strategic customer accounts. This type of customer has multiple locations that cross Ryerson business units. This position is for a hunter, someone who will continuously pursue new opportunities. This position is a remote-based role with flexibility to work from several Ryerson locations as necessary. It is a requirement to reside near a major metropolitan airport.
Responsibilities:
* Identify large potential multi-location customers in consumer industries that cross Ryerson business units
* Qualify accounts that have been identified as high potential targets
* Identify main stakeholders, opportunities for Ryerson to provide value and create strong strategies for growth
* Significant travel required to the customer's HQ location as well as manufacturing facilities across the country
* Establish relationships at all levels, including influence/decision maker within these large accounts in order to share our product and process offerings and generate opportunities to quote their annual metals package
* Coordinate all aspects of the quote process, from generating the opportunity, working with product management, establish price levels, gaining executive approvals and finalizing the quote details and submittal
* Work with legal department and the customer to review and negotiate the documents required to manage the contract
* Manage customer relationship and work diligently for organic growth from the account base
* Present all VAVE and cost down initiatives to the customer including but not limited to our scrap and hedging programs, product management and RAP expertise, and technical resources as needed

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will join our 3rd Shift (8PM - 6AM) team at Ryerson-Fanello.

Here are the most important responsibilities and duties that a Maintenance Technician will do:

▪ Maintain all presses and ancillary equipment in proper working conditions.
▪ Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures and report all unsafe conditions to supervisor. Never compromises safety by removing or altering factory/company installed safety devices on any tools or equipment.
▪ Plans and performs preventative maintenance for all company equipment. This includes following manufacturer's specifications and replacing worn parts as needed. Maintains moving parts with proper lubrication as required.
▪Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting and correcting malfunctioning equipment by monitoring devices, vibration analysis and visual / audible inspections.
▪ Responsible for daily upkeep of the facilities and surroundings. This includes but is not limited to lighting, plumbing, exhaust fans, company vehicles and electrical wiring.
▪ Makes sure that all tools are returned to their proper location, trash is removed and the floor is free of debris. Tools and equipment kept clean and in good working condition.
▪ Help and assist with maintaining quality systems.

The primary responsibility of this job will be to deploy capital and process improvement projects throughout our company. Reporting to the Director, Maintenance and Engineering, this position will be responsible for managing complex projects, process improvement initiatives and capital budget management for the company. S/he will also support other operations functions. S/he will be a project team leader responsible for capital projects and implementing identified best practices in all locations and measuring results. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Plant layout and mechanical equipment installation
* Work with contractors and suppliers on new equipment supply and installation & upgrades and improvements on older equipment
* Project scheduling and schedule management including timing of the deliveries of procured equipment, material and/or services
* Work with the EHSQ group and other members of operations to ensure that location layouts and equipment is installed and operated in a safe manner
* Provide management with project status updates and appropriate reporting on key process focused objectives

* Assist in driving change and process improvement efforts across the region
