Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate and timely quotes for motor-operated valves and related automation products, primarily Limitorque. * Provide technical support for customer-facing sales teammates by assisting with product selection, sizing, compatibility, and application questions. * Execute orders from quote through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in configuration, pricing, documentation, and lead times. * Collaborate with the ACE MOV teammates to coordinate quotations across the country * Coordinate with vendors, assembly locations, and internal teams to ensure proper product configuration and on-time delivery. * Utilize Ferguson systems and tools (Trilogy, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheets, etc.) to track quotes, orders, and project details. * Continuously build technical knowledge of MOVs, actuators, gearboxes, controls, and related automation products.
