The Senior Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of competitive compensation programs that align with business objectives. Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources or Business Management preferred).
* Requires 5+ years of prior compensation analytics and support experience.

* Working knowledge of Department of Labor Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other Human Resources regulations is a plus.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with HRIS technology platforms (SAP preferred), as well as database maintenance, are a plus.
* Requires strong mathematical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; must be highly detail-oriented.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure that pricing data is received in a timely manner
