Pros of working at Ryerson

Many locations that you can transfer into. Stable company even with falling stock price.

Cons of working at Ryerson

Terrible work environment in sales office. No enthusiastic people. Many meetings but nothing gets resolved.

What do you like best about Ryerson's CEO and the leadership team?

Eddie has regular meetings and really seems to care. Very approachable.

How would you improve Ryerson's culture?

Start being nice to employees and treat them with respect. Management needs to listen to employees and solve issues.
