Maintain quality standards throughout the front-of-house. Ensure staff appearance is professional, food preparation meets expectations, and guest service remains exceptional in accordance with company issues steps of service.
Maintain visibility and awareness by circulating through dining areas throughout shift. Provide escalated customer service support as needed.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs. Conduct table visits to actively seek guest feedback. Ensure consistent and positive guest service through continuous interaction.
Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training and company policies. Request proper ID per company policy.
Follow cash handling procedures, including proper operation of POS terminals, handling payments securely, and reconciling financials at end of shift.
Model company service basics. Communicate and uphold corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.

Overview

Position Summary
The Catering Manager provides support and assistance with Catering activities as well providing assistance to the concession managers in the profitable management of concessions operations, as needed. Responsibilities
Assists in the overall effective management of Catering and Concessions operations.
Ensures total compliance with all alcohol service policies. Monitors alcohol service throughout event to assure 100% compliance with Alcohol Service policies. Reports any alcohol service or compliance issues to management immediately.
Provides on-going direction, supervision and mentoring to hourly event staff. Monitor product quality and ensure high level of guest service.
Assists in troubleshooting technical problems with Point of Sale Systems, from both a hardware and software perspective.
Assists in vault opening, closing and balancing, as necessary.
Generates event employee schedules and verifies employee time as required.
Assist in the on-going training, development, mentoring and supervision of hourly employees, as directed by department managers; responsible for completing documentation of employee performance and attendance issues in accordance with company policy and practice.
Assist in the management of catered events from set-up to tear down, including handling all communication with hourly staff, culinary staff and guests.
Qualifications
Three to five (3-5) years of experience in catering or consessions.
Nationally recognized, advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
Familiar with inventory cost control and menu planning.
Basic computer proficiency: E-mail, Excel, Word, Outlook, Schedule+.
Working knowledge of Point of Sale and timekeeping systems.
Cash handling abilities; basic math skills including significant number manipulation.
Ability to work a variable work schedule (including evenings and weekends, as required), depending upon event and business requirements.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Position Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will achieve sales growth and maintain company standards of excellence for your assigned shift by managing the flow of food service activity, assigning tasks, overseeing cash control and focusing on providing the highest quality food with the best hospitality service possible. You will also play a key role in training your Team Members under the direction of the General Manager, providing support to the General Manager, assist in running overall operations, while developing and retaining Team Members.
Essential Duties
Supervising Team Members and Shift Leaders and maintaining the highest standards in quality, service and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability.
Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow Team Members.
Assist the General Manager in ensuring that all (HR) new hire paperwork, time sheets and payroll data, disciplinary actions, and personal data sheets are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Conducting team meetings as delegated to discuss operations and procedures.
Conducting weekly inventories.
Controlling payroll to meet company labor costs standards, if applicable.
Controlling inventory to meet company GAP standards, if applicable.
Supporting management team and General Manager in their operation decisions.
Maintaining reports and records based on company standards and in full compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain building and equipment via proper operating, cleaning and preventative maintenance procedures.
Assuming responsibility for cash for all shifts, including bank deposits and ensuring that all cash procedures are properly followed.
Ensuring all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are observed and enforced.
Ensure personal appearance always meets company standard and display professionalism.
Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant environment for all.
Establish a visible presence in the community by visiting businesses, churches, civic organizations etc. to drive business and increase sales.
Performing other tasks as directed by management.

Experience
2-3 years of experience in daily restaurant operations required
Current ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required to start

As the Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee back-of-house staff and food preparation for concessions and inhouse catering. You'll work closely with the Manager of Food & Beverage to execute business strategies across operations, budgeting, sales, and culinary excellence. Lead daily culinary operations. Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager and events team to produce in-house catering and special event menus.
Manage staffing for concession and event kitchens. Schedule staff to align with labor budgets while ensuring exceptional guest experience. Work with F&B leadership to implement the training program. Manage timekeeping processes for hourly staff.

Model company issued steps of service. Communicate and uphold corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Participate in annual company audits.
