ASI Doors is looking for a highly organized individual to take charge of our maintenance department as a Maintenance / Manufacturing Support specialist. This role entails ensuring the safety, accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of tasks within various work centers and departments. Key Responsibilities: Assembling IntelliRupters at one of several stations, in sizes approximately 9' x 4' x 4'. Identifying, transporting, installing, mounting and bolting all switch components (ranging from 5 lbs. to over 25 lbs. without equipment assistance). Some judgment required to assemble and make simple adjustments. Performing mechanical inspection using torque wrenches, screwdriver and tape measure. Using simple material handling equipment, hand tools, power tools, simple gauges and instruments, and overhead cranes, if required. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer II is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes on the manufacturing floor. This role focuses on implementing quality controls, resolving issues and collaborating with teams to maintain compliance with standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control Implementation: Establish and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet required specifications. Issue Investigation: Identify, investigate and resolve manufacturing quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions. Process Auditing: Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to verify compliance with established standards. Customer Escape Containment: Assist in customer escape containment and resolution processes by gathering data, analyzing defects and contributing to corrective actions as part of a team. Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Reduction: Participate in cost of poor quality (COPQ) reduction and production stop activities by supporting root cause analysis and applying approved corrective measures.
