POSITION SUMMARY:
This sales position at AM Innovations is responsible for profitable sales of multiple brands of AM Innovations windows (Alside, Gentek) to distribution, national accounts, and window dealers within a defined territory.
The Regional Sales Manager is and independent contributor role responsible for increasing market penetration and market share in the territory, building, and managing customer relationships, and enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
This is a remote position, working from a home office, with heavy travel.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Meet or exceed company expectations for profitable growth in sales and gains in market share.
Deliver a high quality of work respective to territory and customer relationship management, ensuring sufficient contact to continually strengthen the supplier-customer relationship.
Deliver exceptional service to and support of existing customers including product feature/benefit training, competitor product training, marketing support, technical and installation support, development of promotional incentives, and timely resolution of customer concerns/problems.
Develop and maintain expertise in competitive pricing in the market and ensure that all customers in the territory are competitively priced for similar products.
Utilize technology to effectively communicate with the customers in the territory.
Utilize technology to ensure sufficient customer contact.
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrate excellence in delivering effective visual and verbal presentations.
Maintain detailed customer data files including updated program agreements and pricing.
Pursue and submit weekly report of sales growth progress in the territory to Regional VP Direct Sales.
Continually strive to achieve a higher percentage of the customers overall spend (SOW) in product categories manufactured by AM INNOVATIONS.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
5 + years of successful sales performance in the building materials industry -- successful track record in the wholesale sales of vinyl, wood or aluminum windows preferred.
Demonstrated sales ability in closing prospective accounts and developing new business.
Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
Demonstrated proficiency and success in building a sales territory.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Willing to travel up to 70% of the week.

Other Compensation may include, but is not limited to, bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range or wage scale. Position dependent.

As a Fitness Trainer for Sports Core, you will be responsible for:
* Promoting and performing lifestyle programs, assessments and personal training services according to Sports Core standards.
* Performing fitness services with minimal direction. Includes body fat testing (calipers and Microfit), girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step test, sit/reach flexibility testing and strength testing.
* Promoting, designing and performing long-term personal training programs according to the needs and goals of healthy, average adults.
* Effectively demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment in all fitness and training areas according to quality standards.
* Maintaining accurate member and personal client records according to standard operating procedures.
* Assisting with set-up, cleaning and preventative maintenance for all fitness related equipment (weight benches, racks and equipment, Spinning bikes and any pool needs).
Working primarily between 5:00am and 7:00pm weekdays and weekends. This position has the ability to move to Full-Time with Benefits from Part-Time.
Skills/Requirements
* Minimum of a BS Degree in a related field and experience through an accredited internship program.
* CPR certification required; first-aid certification preferred.
* Training in aerobic instruction or recreation helpful.
* ACE, AFFA, ACSM or related national certifications required prior to starting the role

What We're Looking For:
Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Summary
The Event Staff (porters) are responsible for delivery of the Cornman Farms experience to all guests. This is a great opportunity for someone that is willing to do whatever needs to get done, and really enjoys working with people!
These positions focus on setting up and taking down for events. This includes dishwashing, moving and setting up tables & chairs, helping the setup and breakdown of our events in the tent, farmhouse, and barn, cleaning and helping with inventory, and assisting with the overall appearance of the grounds. Some supervised kitchen work (food prep and plating) will also be included.
Fridays and Sundays are our busiest event days, and weekday availability is also required.

Compensation: $16 hour
In addition to the hourly rate, Porters are eligible to participate in the Cornman Farms hourly tip pool, which averages an additional $5 per hour.
Shifts can start as early as 8:00 a.m. and end as late as 1:00 a.m. Typical shifts run between 9am-11pm.

Our Performance Expectations are:
The main role of this position is to assist with the setting up and breaking down of all events, including:
Dishwashing using automatic dishwashing machine and 3 compartment sink
Moving and arranging tables and chairs
Placing linens on tables
Mopping and sweeping floors in all event spaces before and after events
Ensuring that all rentals (plates, glassware, furniture, flatware, etc) are clean and properly stored
Gives exceptional service to all customers at our events
Responds quickly to requests from guests, co-workers, supervisors and managers while being accurate, polite and enthusiastic
Maintains a professional image at all times through actions and appearance
Assists with the overall appearance of the grounds including picking up trash and debris
Cleans and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment
Demonstrates proper handling of food service equipment
Demonstrates proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment
Identifies and works to resolve any issues that might occur during events
Adheres to the highest standards of service while assisting with all areas of event operations
Conducts all business in accordance with Zingerman's Guiding Principles

Building Leads are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building in which they work by performing various cleaning duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Break rooms /Kitchenettes | Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. Replenishes break room supplies.

Trash | Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.

EXPECTATIONS
Reports to work each day and on time and works extra hours when needed.
