As a Service Line Software Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for internal users seeking assistance with our suite of service line-specific software applications. Your Day-to-Day:

Software Optimization & Vendor Collaboration: Work with software vendors to identify innovative solutions, optimize existing tools, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed records of support cases and solutions, and create user-friendly documentation including FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
Training & User Enablement: Deliver remote and on-site training sessions and webinars to educate users on software features, best practices, and workflow integration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and Business Solutions teams to relay user feedback, report bugs, and recommend enhancements for future software releases.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience
Experience with Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Bentley (Seequent) products (e.g., OpenGround Cloud, gINT), Autodesk Civil 3D, Metafield, KeyLab, XML, and other geotechnical/construction data formats
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences; multilingual abilities and a client-focused mindset are a plus
A methodical approach to troubleshooting, with a track record of launching and sustaining collaborative initiatives and delivering user-centered solutions
Background in technical support, training, or software implementation, ideally within geotechnical engineering, construction services, or civil design environments
Comfortable with Windows OS and general technology; scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, VBA, MATLAB) and certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are beneficial

What You Will Do:
As a Marketing Prequalification Specialist, you will focus on maintaining and updating company qualifications using web-based third-party vendor portals and standard government forms. You will frequently collaborate with multiple departments to reach business goals and will help improve our qualification submittal process and champion data management activities. Additional responsibilities include file management of marketing materials, information system maintenance, and supporting marketing and client development efforts.
Client Prequalification Management: Create, update, and maintain our business profiles and qualifications packages for various client prequalifications.
Documentation: Ensure all required documents, forms, certifications, and information are current and accurately reflect our company's capabilities and compliance (including SF330, SF254, SAM.gov, firm licenses, and certifications). Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure personnel and project-related information is updated and organized within our existing systems.
Compliance: Monitor changes in client prequalification requirements and S&ME personnel and ensure our submissions meet these standards.
Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for prequalification submissions. May assist with proposal development support and in the proposal close-out process.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on the status of prequalification submissions, analyze opportunities and project fees/budgets associated with those respective clients, and propose areas for improvement for our overall prequalification submittal process.
Audit: Companywide marketing data, including MBE vendors, ESG development, employee licenses, and certification audits.
Communication: Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and resolve any issues related to prequalification submissions.

What You Will Do:
As an NDT/NDE Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our projects by visually inspecting structural steel, including bolted and welded connections. You'll be engaged in fieldwork that may involve safely climbing steel structures such as buildings, cell phone towers, and water tanks to heights exceeding 200 feet, using fall protection equipment and personal fall arrest systems.
Inspection and Non-Destructive Testing: Conduct inspections and deploy non-destructive testing methods to uphold impeccable quality standards. A significant portion of field inspection time is spent performing non-destructive testing (NDT) duties such as ultrasonic inspection (UT) of welds and/or magnetic particle testing (MT) of welds.

Step into Your New Role
Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Land Design Engineer to join our southeast engineering team. With expanding opportunities in the region and a variety of clients, the ideal candidate will join our high achieving, fast-paced team. Excellent communication skills with the willingness to take on responsibilities are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature, but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development, solar, and/or mining is especially relevant.
This is a hybrid office role and can be based in:
* Raleigh, North Carolina
* Atlanta, Georgia
* Charlotte, North Carolina
Key responsibilities include:
Under supervision and working with experienced staff, the successful candidate will complete civil engineering designs and the generation of professional plans and specifications, technical calculations, exhibits and reports in the following areas:
* Site Layout, Grading, Storm Drainage, Water & Sewer Utilities
* Erosion and Sediment Control
* Storm Water Best Management Practices
* Variety of Civil 3D Plans, exhibits, and technical deliverables
* Municipal and State permitting
And will be supporting clients by:
* Evaluating design to solve constructability, municipal code, and site challenges.
* Coordinating with Architects, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers
* Performing site visits to perform job scoping and coordination with survey crews, SUE, Geotech, etc.
* Periodic construction support to include: review of RFIs & Shop Drawings, field inspections, etc.
Education/Certification:
* Required, Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
* Preferred, Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-starter who can work independently and with team members
* Ability to engage in multiple projects to complete successful requirement deliveries
* Ability to organize priorities and multi-task effectively
* Pro-actively troubleshoot and problem-solve with practical, client-focused solutions
* Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals
* 3-8+ years of related experience in civil engineering
* Computer skills preferred: AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WaterCAD, MS Office
