External Corporate Communications
Develop and oversee the strategy and execution of all external corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and branding.
Collaborate with internal communications and cross-functional teams to align on campaign strategies and execution plans.
Brand Communication Strategy
Partner with brand marketing teams to create and implement a communications strategy that supports the annual brand plan and overall business goals.
Ensure marketing communications align with broader organizational objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
Serve as the lead project manager for external communication campaigns-coordinating timelines, deliverables, and inputs from marketing, sales, operations, and internal communications.
Build strong partnerships with internal functional leaders to ensure consistent, integrated messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints.
Partner closely with the internal communications team to align messaging and support internal engagement efforts, particularly those tied to commercial strategies.
Commercial Internal Communications Support
Partner with internal communications to support commercial-related internal messaging-ensuring employees are informed, aligned, and equipped to reinforce key customer communications.
Help translate key external campaigns and customer-facing initiatives into internal messages that support clarity, consistency, and commercial readiness.
Agency and Vendor Management
Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies or vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Media and Public Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Draft, distribute, and manage press releases, respond to media inquiries, and coordinate interviews or other PR-related projects.
Oversee media monitoring and reporting to track and analyze the company's presence in the press.
Market Research and Insights
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors.
Use data-driven insights to refine communication strategies and improve audience targeting.
Crisis Communication
Develop and implement communication plans for crises or sensitive situations to protect and uphold the company's reputation.
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders during crisis communication efforts.
Measurement and Reporting
Establish and monitor KPIs for communication initiatives, regularly reporting on effectiveness.
Leverage analytics to optimize strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, or media relations, preferably in a leadership role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to inform strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

End-to-End Campaign Planning & Measurement

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Ensure the day-to-day tasks of the purchasing department are being executed in a timely fashion, including, but not limited to, parts issues, quality concerns, supplier issues, process changes, etc.
* Work closely with Senior Purchasing Manager on cost reduction, inventory reduction and quality improvement initiatives involving both external and internal customers/suppliers.
* Assist in Engineering Change Orders (ECO) process, purchasing involvement from initiation to production line through completion.
* Coordination with Engineering to correct system and Bill of Materials (BOM) issues.
* Identification of problem areas, initiate corrective actions and establish problem resolution dates.
* Issue purchase orders and ensure that material is delivered in optimal quantities and at the right time while maintaining high quality standards as designed to this specific role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the receiving staff, including regular and temporary employees. Activities include overseeing the receipt, unloading, sorting and put away functions of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the receiving staff, including regular and temporary employees. Activities include overseeing the receipt, unloading, sorting and put away functions of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive, well-priced seasonal collection positioned to meet sales and merchandising deliverables. This position will heavily utilize customer feedback, Sales staff input, product selling and other trend related data to develop and execute the seasonal assortment plans while driving top-line revenue and achieving strong financial results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collaborate on product launches to ensure timely launch by managing the progression of new style development.
Provide data support as needed to internal and external cross functional teams.
Leverage data and systems support team to refine the assortment brand and by product class.
Review sales performance and market data to create actionable insights that inform the line plan and drive, achieve, and exceed sales plans by Brand and style.
Provide data insights, identify opportunities and risks,make recommendations as needed to Manager.
Oversee, train, and develop a Merchandise Coordinator or Assistant as needed.
Assist in creation of line plan to include product assortment, suggested pricing strategies, product lines, growth opportunities, and product lifecycle transition plans.
Create trend reports and merchandised product presentations for internal and external go-to market support.
Oversee and manage sampling process for new product launches with the Merchandise Coordinator and Assistants.
Provide specific files and product information as requested to Customers and internal stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Compliance, Decoration Operations, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to support successful seasonal launches and address challenges.
Manage new supplier business plans from birth to launch while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute the brand vision with Marketing, Sales and Customers; Conduct Sales and Product training as needed; Travel to Strategic Customers and Suppliers as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of experience in a Retail Buying, Merchandising or Merchandising role equivalent
Prior apparel experience preferred
Passion for product including prior knowledge of design, product development, and production processes
Analytical thinker who is excited to analyze data and use Sales and Customer feedback to drive assortment decisions
Technically savvy, eager to learn new systems, with expertise in Microsoft Excel required
Enjoys building strong relationships with internal and external partners
Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Motivated by challenge with ability to positively lead through change
Comfortable taking calculated risks to achieve results
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
