Estamos buscando un Coordinador de Ventas para unirse a nuestro equipo que se responsabiliza por el mercadeo y venta de espacios publicitarios, estáticos y digitales, espacios de exhibición y eventos temáticos en los centros comerciales.
Perfil de la Plaza

Responsable de realizar ventas en oportunidades de publicidad y promoción a clientes directos y clientes de agencias de publicidad, medios y/o promociones. Como parte del grupo de ventas es responsable de alcanzar las metas de venta establecidas a principios de año. Colabora con todas las unidades de negocio para que fluya la comunicación entre departamentos y se complete el proceso de venta como de contratación.

Responsabilidades

• Ofrece un servicio personalizado y ágil orientadas a las necesidades de los clientes existentes y prospectos.
• Identifica y coordina recorridos por los centros comerciales que representamos para evaluar posibles nuevos negocios.
• Mantiene una estrecha comunicación con los clientes existentes.
• Desarrolla propuestas alineadas a la visión de la unidad de negocio y las necesidades del cliente.
• Visitar rutinariamente a clientes y prospectos directos y de agencias de publicidad.
• Facilita/sirve de guía al prospecto/cliente desde la propuesta hasta la ejecución completada del evento o pauta de medios.
• Mantenerse actualizado en las tendencias de ventas, eventos de temporadas y eventos o activaciones por industria.
• Maneja el proceso de la venta en el software desde el primer contacto la propuesta hasta el contrato.
• Sobrepasar las metas de venta establecidas por la compañía

Cualificaciones

• Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Mercadeo, Publicidad y/o Comunicaciones.
• De 5 a 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo y creación de eventos; o de 5 a 8 años de experiencia en venta de medios publicitarios.
• Destrezas de comunicación, tanto en inglés como español, tanto verbal y escrito.
• Habilidad de negociación y trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad para establecer una buena relación con los clientes.
