Lack of direction for solutions, focus continually changing
The travel, and campus restaurants
Opportunity for growth, freedom, work-life balance.
There is a general lack of enthusiasm across the Southlake office.
I like what I do for the company.
It is a great company in the DFW metroplex. However, there is not a lot of value placed on home/life balance. Also, opportunities to advance appear to be more limited.
The company pays employees a competitive salary, good health care and bonuses.
