Chief Field Services Officer since 2018 and an SAC co-founder, Jonathan has served SAC in leadership roles since 1996. He is currently responsible for SAC’s 100+ tower construction crews, creating a best-in-class construction organization focused on safety, quality and production, and building SAC’s 5G and small-cell business.

Initially focused on site acquisition, under McKinley’s leadership, SAC expanded into construction in 1999 and entered architecture and engineering (A&E) by acquiring Alcoa’s Wireless A&E Division in 2006. McKinley served as Executive Vice President for Professional Services, with responsibility for site acquisition services, the SAC Engine Room and A&E services, following SAC’s acquisitions by Hall Capital Partner in 2008 and by Nokia in 2014.

Chief Operating Officer since 2018, Chris joined SAC in 2018. He is responsible for Customer Delivery, Supply Chain, the PMO (project management office), and Professional Services, including all site acquisition and site development activities and strategies.

Before joining SAC, Bondurant was an assistant vice president at AT&T from 1998 to 2017. He was responsible for network construction and engineering.

Bondurant holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi.

Joe joined SAC in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. He brings SAC 28 years of telecom experience. He is responsible for developing growth strategies and implementing a new enterprise resource planning platform.

Before joining SAC, Sanzo worked in North America, Asia, Australia and Europe as Vice President-Operations of CH2M Hill and Managing Vice President-Professional Services of Lucent Technologies. Previously, he worked at Phoenix Wireless, Comsearch, KDC, LCC Incorporate and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.

Sanzo holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Radford University.

Michael joined SAC in 2018. He brings SAC more than 30 years of financial experience and is responsible for financial reporting and controls, financial planning, forecasting and analysis.

Before joining SAC, Foy worked as Chief Financial Officer of Inventus Power Inc., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Americas for Cisco Systems Inc., and Chief Financial Officer of Update.com Software AG. Previously, he worked at 3COM/US Robotics, Abbott Laboratories, and KPMG.

Foy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Scott joined SAC in 2010. He brings SAC 26 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for SAC sales, marketing and client relationships, which includes developing SAC clients across new vertical markets, and expanding market share with existing customers.

Before joining SAC, Pomykalski owned and operated a successful construction and development business for 18 years, specializing in commercial and industrial projects. Upon joining SAC, Pomykalski led efforts resulting in over 10X revenue growth.
