Job Title: Fraud Analyst
Onsite
Pay Rate: $27.50/hr
Duration: 6+ Months on contract with possible extension
- Candidates should expect to be in the office location from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a minimum 1/2 hour lunch. Shift Schedule: 1st
The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for reviewing merchant accounts for unusual or suspicious activity to ensure compliance with BSA reporting requirements.
JOB DUTIES:
Review merchant accounts for unusual or suspicious activity to meet BSA reporting standards.
Pull reports from source systems for analysis.
Identify unusual or suspicious activities in accounts and compile supporting documentation.
Create case note documents and run macros as needed.
Complete suspicious activity reporting forms and write descriptive narratives.
Monitor workload to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) - at least 1 year of experience.
Experience with Word and other office tools.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to write concise, clear narratives.
Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
