Minimum qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED; and * 2 years of experience in customer service with frequent public contact, including 1 year of court related experience with cash handling; or * Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work. Desired Qualifications: * Previous experience working in high volume customer service demand in a government environment. * Prior administrative or clerical experience in a limited jurisdiction court. * Bilingual in Spanish.
