Anthony J. Guzzi has been EMCOR Group, Inc.’s President since October 2004, when he joined the Company, and since January 3, 2011, our Chief Executive Officer. He served as our Chief Operating Officer from October 2004 until January 3, 2011. From August 2001 until he joined the Company, Mr. Guzzi was President of the North American Distribution and Aftermarket Division of Carrier Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems and equipment and a provider of aftermarket services and components of its own products and those of other manufacturers in both the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Mr. Guzzi has extensive knowledge of the Company’s business and, having served as a senior executive officer of Carrier Corporation, has extensive knowledge of the mechanical services business which accounts for a significant portion of the Company’s revenues and profits.

Gerben Wilhelm Marinus Bakker

Mr. Bakker was named President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hubbell in June of 2019, after serving as President of the Power Systems group since 2014. During his tenure as COO, Mr. Bakker introduced a new operating rhythm to the enterprise while executing on Hubbell’s strategic initiatives and partnering closely with Mr. Nord to guide Hubbell through the COVID-19 pandemic. As President of Power Systems, Mr. Bakker oversaw a multi-year period of strong performance, building an industry-leading electrical T&D components business and leading many key acquisitions, including Aclara, in 2018. Sundaram “Naga” Nagarajan serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer, joining the Company on August 1, 2019. He focuses on creating value for customers through innovation and industry‑leading excellence in quality and delivery. Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Nagarajan had a 23-year career with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW), a Fortune 200 company, where he had roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President, ITW Automotive OEM Segment, a $3.3 billion business segment. Under his leadership, the Automotive OEM Segment consistently delivered profitable revenue growth through both organic and acquisitive means.
