In this role, Joe manages an annual revenue of over $500M+, remote offices in Granite City, Illinois and Desloge, Missouri and many remote project sites. He directly manages teams consisting of Vice Presidents and Group Managers as well as support staff. He oversees all facets of daily operations, estimating, design, and business development. Additionally, he oversees a fleet of over 30 service truck drivers and their full service vans.

His experience includes projects of virtually all types, size and delivery method. He has provided executive leadership, directed and managed projects in commercial, institutional, manufacturing, retail, industrial, entertainment, critical power, and healthcare facilities including data centers, commercial/retail developments, airports/airfields, power plants, chemical plants, stadiums/sport venues, hospitals and medical facilities. He has both regional and national experience.

Joe is a member and has also served on several committees of Industry Affiliations including NECA and the Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois.

Joe was the 2004 recipient of the Samuel C. Sachs Award of Merit for outstanding achievement and loyalty.

Matt Lodes is a Chief Financial Officer at SACHS ELECTRIC and is based in St. Louis, Missouri. He has worked as Tax Manager at BDO USA LLP; Senior Accountant at Steinberg Advisors, Ltd. (acquired by Wipfli LLP); and Vice President Of Finance at 1st Choice Delivery. Matt studied at Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business between 2005 and 2009.
