Lou Goldhaber’s experience working in marketing and business development, have led him to found 2 companies, Sense of Taste, LLC and SunnyBump itself. Before founding SunnyBump, Lou was VP, Business Development for Monthly’s, a subscription service e-commerce platform. In 2009, he founded and operated Sense of Taste, LLC (Leo's Coney Island of Chicago); the first Leo’s Coney Island restaurant operation outside the state of Michigan. In addition, he managed sponsorship portfolios and provided strategic consulting at Relay Worldwide, Leo Burnett for several notable clients such as U.S. Army, Blackberry, Coca-Cola and McDonald’s. During his time there, Lou was actively involved in charitable endeavors such as organizing and executing a company-wide event with Habitat for Humanity to rebuild homes in the 9th Ward in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. Other past positions include Product Development and Artist Management at AOL Time Warner – Atlantic Records. Lou currently lives in Chicago with his wife and newborn son.

Paul D’Ambrosio, as Chief Financial Officer, oversees the finance and accounting functions at Sachse Construction and brings extensive financial and operational leadership experience in the Engineering and Construction industry. Prior to joining the team, Paul was Chief Financial Officer of a construction company in San Francisco where he was a member of the executive management team, responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the firm. A veteran of the industry, Paul has also held senior financial and operations positions at major Engineering and Construction companies.

Paul D'Ambrosio is a Chief Financial Officer at Sachse Construction and is based in Detroit, Michigan. He has worked as Vice President, Finance at Black & Veatch; Senior Vice President, Finance at CH2M; and Financial Analyst at M.W. Kellogg. Paul attended St George's School between 1968 and 1974, Villanova University between 1974 and 1978, and Rutgers Graduate Business School between 1980 and 1981.

Steve Berlage joined Sachse Construction as President & COO in 2013 and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s construction, preconstruction, estimating, finance, and accounting departments. Steve’s career has spanned over 38 years across three markets: Chicago, Toronto, and Detroit. His leadership has produced a proven track record of growing a profitable business and expanding into new markets. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1982.
