Overview
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing operations accounts with high-quality, professional customer service and acts as an extension of the account within Saddle Creek Corporation. The FMC coordinates between operations, sanitation, and maintenance. They perform customer service functions with a special emphasis on communication, problem solving, inventory control, dispatching, work order management, and interpersonal skills. They establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, other agencies, vendors, and the public.
Responsibilities
Assist operations on all issues and acts as a liaison between the operations, support personnel, and maintenance personnel, by answering questions, offering solutions, and researching issues in a timely manner
Provide accurate input and verification of merchandise receipts
Generate and retain all required reporting for the maintenance of operations accounts of Saddle Creek
Maintain responsibility of purchases, inventory, billing, invoice creation, and tracking related to maintenance and sanitation
Process work orders, purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner according to maintenance requests
Communicate with the operations verbally and in writing with a professional and helpful approach
Collaborate with operations manager, supervisors, and associates in a cooperative and respectful manner
Create, review, schedule, and dispatch work orders to the team via the CMMS
Collaborate with maintenance and sanitation leads within the region to ensure that adequate inventory for daily operations is present.
Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed
Additional duties as assigned

Summary
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for helping maintain all inventory processes and working through any and all inventory discrepancies on a daily basis. This position will involve the utilization of order management systems and various types of material-handling equipment. The Inventory Control Associate is accountable for performing their duties consistently with the values and mission of Saddle Creek Corporation.
What You'll Do:
Assist customer on all inventory-related issues and acts between the customer and Saddle Creek by answering questions, offering solutions, and researching issues in a timely and professional manner.
Must have Forklift Experience 1 year (Cherry Picker)
Keep accurate, detailed and up-to-date data, logs, and inventory records in the interest of the customer and Saddle Creek.
Process customer return orders in a timely and accurate basis according to customer request.

Primary Responsibility: Supports the Regional Director of FP&A and the warehouse operations team with analyzing and summarizing financial and non-financial data to help drive decisions, performs analyses on different scenarios and helps to draw conclusions, and prepares appropriate and relevant reports and presentations to upper management. What You'll Do:
1. Assists with the forecasting, annual operating budget for facilities within the region, including loading data to the Oracle EPM system and compiling final product into a presentation format.
2. Assists in the month end close process, variance explanations, and researching and reviewing financial and key metrics results for sites within the region by providing information on trends regarding price/volume/mix and discrepancies, along with recommendations.
3. Assist in integration for newly acquired locations. This would consist of training and development of the site's General Manager and Office Manager to ensure a smooth transition to the company's month end closing processes.
4. Gain a deep understanding of assigned warehouse locations to help provide opportunities for forecasting, yield management initiatives, and return on investment opportunities.
5. Review and work with the TSG team (IT team) to ensure that the data being utilized for reporting in Oracle is accurate. Report anomalies and work with TSG on correcting data.
6. Serves as a critical resource for data collection, analysis, and presentation.
7. Assists in consolidating business commentary and results into key themes.
8. Preparation of management reports summarizing operational results for the period, including both financial and non-financial data, and assists in developing slides for executive presentations as needed or as requested.

Overview
The Maintenance Technician position will require electrical trouble shooting skills as well as an experienced mechanical aptitude. We are seeking qualified candidates with five years' experience in packaging and equipment maintenance with an emphasis on electrical installation, PLC knowledge, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor, the Inventory Clerk performs periodic inventory counting, receives and ships materials into and out of inventory and enters related data into logs/software. Ensures timely execution of shipments and accuracy of all data entry for orders, receipts and shipments.
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00am-8:30pm. Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice and on off days as the business need arises.
Compensation: $19.50 per hour + $2.00 shift differential for hours worked.
Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
* Perform Daily Cycle counts for assigned locations directed by Inventory Supervisor
* Monitor & Control Inventory Integrity through Inbound and Outbound audits when required.
* Ensure Inventory accuracy to meet all internal and external client demands.
* Partner with IB/OB clericals to research inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Report discrepancies and damage product to Operations Supervisors for further resolution.
* Maintain product identification and location accuracy within the facility.
* Required to operate equipment within the facility.
