Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and engineering drawings. Utilize small hand tools, such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, etc., to assemble components accurately.

Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using industry-standard techniques and following assembly instructions.
Demonstrate excellent soldering skills by accurately soldering components onto PCBs, wires, or other electronic parts. Ensure solder joints are of high quality and meet the required specifications.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

As a Final Inspector, you will perform detailed visual and functional inspections to ensure each product meets Spellman's quality and safety standards. You'll be the last checkpoint before shipment, helping to uphold the reliability our customers expect.
