About the Role We are seeking and experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to serve as the senior-most Human Resources leader in the United States for our growing global medical device organization. This role is both strategic and operational, partnering closely with leaders to support business growth while overseeing all core HR functions. Reporting to the CFO, the HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring compliant, effective HR practices. This role will lead and execute projects of varying complexity and must be able to connect well with all levels of the organization from operators and inspectors to management. The role should require minimal oversight from management and possess strong root cause analysis skills. Full-time Description The Senior Financial Analyst will lead and provide a broad range of business analysis across all aspects of internal management reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and results analysis. Emphasis on supporting production and supply chain to provide accurate gross margin analysis with timely, comprehensive, clear messaging of financial results and to drive actions to move results. Partner closely with functional leaders in developing financial plans (budget, forecasts, and multi-year strategies). Partner closely with IT and finance systems experts to develop systemic tools to facilitate timely reporting. This candidate will work closely with the Senior Director Global FP&A and CFO in the development of financial projections to support the Company's strategic plans, including evaluating target-company financials considered for acquisition/expansion. Opportunity The Senior Financial Analyst will be a truly collaborative partner with a seat at the table. Proactively review gross margin results by geography, product group, and commercial channel. Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare monthly/quarterly ELT and Board decks. Establish single source of truth for metrics (sales to EBIT), reporting, etc. to evaluate progress including the selection and implementation of improved software tools to enable reporting. Drive the development of standardized financial reporting across each entity including early stage acquired entities lacking process and/or tools to enable financial analysis. Partner with sales leaders and sales reporting analysts to compile, analyze, and accurately project sales performance. Partner with operations and commercial leaders to identify potential cost savings and/or revenue driving opportunities. Deploy sales and operations efficiency metrics/KPl's to help improve EBITDA. Drive maturation of month end/quarter-end reviews/discussions. Key contributor in the development of the global annual operating plan, making efficient use of leaders' time by driving the discussion towards decision making, armed with accurate data. Effectively presents and communicates complex financial topics to the executive team and business partners in a way that is easily understood. Provide support on key decisions on headcount investments and resource deployment. Assist in the development of BI reporting tools, data warehouse, or other tools to improve overall execution of Safeguard strategies, decision making, and KPI improvement. Description: The Senior Financial Analyst will lead and provide a broad range of business analysis across all aspects of internal management reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and results analysis.
