Cons of working at SafeHaven of Tarrant County

The work environment is toxic. The VP of Emergency Services is a big bully, points blame on everyone else has even stated she is not going home (getting reprimanded for anyone) so she throws others under the bus, so she looks better. Basically she should not be working as any type of supervisor.

SafeHaven of Tarrant County benefits

None

What do you like best about SafeHaven of Tarrant County's CEO and the leadership team?

When I first started I believed in her, over time she had become a huge disappointment. She throws her title around, basically since 2018 the agency has gone downhill on how it treats its employees and it starts at the top.

How would you improve SafeHaven of Tarrant County's culture?

Work on being trauma informed with your staff and just maybe you would stop having such a high turn over. Also admin might need to lay off margaritas during business hours since all of your programs are barely functioning due to understaffed

How did you prepare for the SafeHaven of Tarrant County interview?

Rethink working here, because if your paid salary you don’t get overtime and you will work over 45 to 50 hours a week and you will not be thanked or compensated.
