Key Responsibilities:
Provides classroom and/or behind-the-wheel training to new operators are thoroughly trained. May provide other training to location personnel
Ensures Operator Development Program (ODP) is followed.
PODP - will need to be certified before conducting classroom, skills, btw, and cadeting.
Tracks attendees and maintains training documentation based on regulations and company policy.
While the focus is on driver training, employee may also have other safety program responsibilities (e.g. accident investigations, forms compliance and safety meetings)
Assists with ride checks operators as needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years training experience
1-3 years transportation, safety, or related experience
Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations regarding safety and environmental issues
Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability of effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Good verbal, written and relational communication skills, with ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels including drivers, customers, senior management, client representatives, union officials, and general public
Fluent in English

The Site Safety Technician Position
The Site Safety Technician ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures from the project owner, general contractor, and/or Goyette Mechanical. The Site Safety Technician leads project safety pre-planning, subcontractor pre-qualification, and pre-construction meetings as needed.

What You'll Do and Who We Are Looking For

Under the direction of a manager or director, ensures the design, construction, repair and maintenance of all fire, intrusion and life safety systems (systems) meet college expectations. Incumbent receives and evaluates work orders and requests, investigates requests and troubleshoots problems where appropriate, establishes priorities and coordinates with contractors, when required, to make necessary repairs. Incumbent provides subject matter expertise related to systems. Incumbent manages the work of outside contractors to make sure all work meets college requirements and applicable codes. Minimum Qualifications:
