Essential Duties and Responsibilities Job Site Presence- Maintain a daily on-site presence during normal construction hours. Safety Program Management- Implement and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs for data center construction. Safety Documentation- Create and manage Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSA) Regulatory Compliance- Ensure adherence to OSHA and local safety regulations; conduct regular job site inspections. Incident Investigation- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and hazards; recommend corrective actions. Training & Compliance- Provide safety training and ensure workers meet required certifications. Communication & Reporting- Serve as the primary safety contact, report incidents, and maintain documentation. Collaboration- Work with project managers and crews to integrate safety into operations. Equipment Oversight- Monitor proper PPE usage and ensure safety equipment ismaintained. Specialized Support (Preferred)- Assist with cabling tasks and provide safety insights for data center operations. Minimum Requirements A bachelor's degree in safety, plus one year of practical safety experience in the construction industry. OR 3-years of relevant safety experience in construction Additional Requirements Can proficiently develop an SSSP: Site Specific Safety Plan, JHA: Job Hazard Analysis and PTSA: Pre-Task Safety Analysis Proven experience in on-the-job safety adherence and regulatory compliance.
