Assist patients with boarding, disembarking, and transferring into wheelchairs or stretchers, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper operation of the vehicle, adhering to company standards and protocols. Deliver exceptional customer service by treating patients with care, dignity, and respect. Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on duty. Provide assistance to patients with special needs, ensuring their needs are met throughout the transport process. Accurately complete and submit all required documentation, including trip logs and patient information, in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience in non emergency medical transportation, paratransit, school bus driving, or commercial driving is highly preferred.
