    The Safety Engineer is a part of the Pepper Construction Company Safety Department. This position is primarily field oriented and is structured to ensure safe work practices are implemented and enforced on Pepper Construction projects. The Safety Engineer position takes a leadership role in developing and promoting our Pepper Safety Culture.
