We are currently looking to add to our Training TEAM. This candidate is someone with passion as an instructor to engage the audience into the learning objectives. Responsibilities
• Conduct all new hire training by classification to include but not limited to, (SEMS, Apache Orientation, Skills Testing, Piping Vessel ISO, and Marine Trash)
• Conduct all re-train internal training to ensure all personnel are compliant with skills testing and all other internal training.
• Manage and conduct any new or additional training requirements which may be given at ACI.
• Monitor and Coordinate training for all departments to include (Offshore, Land, Shop, Yard personnel). This is to include coordination with department managers to set training for personnel in these areas.
• Monitor all current training on personnel to track compliance with upcoming expirations to include SEMS compliance.
• Update and manage a training tracker matrix and provide this information in real time to the personnel coordinator so that availability is established for job assignment.
• Receive information from Safety Department concerning ISN completed requirements and provide current completed training on individuals so files are uploaded and current.
• Coordinate thru Personnel Coordinator availability of personnel (Active Board) to schedule and contact personnel for training off site.

Experience - 5 years instructing courses directly related to the Oil & Gas Industry
