Regional Safety Manager- Generation (Houston/Pittsburgh) Job Summary/Purpose All members of NRG's safety function will be expected to own safety, work to prevent incidents and seek to improve with the understanding that zero harm is possible. The Regional Safety Manager will be responsible for providing support to assigned plants within their region in addition to developing, deploying, managing, and improving assigned safety and occupational health programs. Job Duties/Responsibilities * Partner with plant leadership and plant safety professionals to develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and promote a safety over production culture * Conduct regular safety audits, inspections and risk assessments.
