Company Profile: Commercial Roofing Safety Supervisor Role: Lead and manage company safety program for commercial roofing operations across multiple job sites. Conduct field safety audits, job hazard assessments, and daily/weekly safety briefings. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and new hire orientations in English and Spanish. Investigate incidents, near misses and equipment damage; document findings and implement corrective actions. Maintain and update OSHA logs, incident reports, safety documentation, and training records. Coordinate workers compensation cases; track claims, modified duty, and return-to-work plans. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, federal, state, and local safety regulations. Support CDL/DOT driver file management and vehicle compliance tracking. Maintain safety program files in Veriforce, ISNetworld, Avetta and customer compliance systems. Attend customer safety meetings and site coordination meetings as required.
