Preferred Requirements: Must have at least 5 years' experience in a construction safety role or a construction field leadership role with safety-adjacent responsibilities CHST Certification or Equivalent Must have OSHA 30 certification Must be at least 18 years old Displays strong verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively convey information to employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders Must be proactive and self-accountable for timely completion of assigned tasks Physically able to perform all assigned tasks, including walking multiple miles per day on site Must be able to lift 40 pounds independently Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside Basic Computer skills Must be Bilingual English and Spanish Must be able to work the following Shifts 10-12 Hours x 5 to 6 days a week, including rotating on night shift.
