Must have successfully completed the 30-hour OSHA Safety Class or equivalent within the last three (3) years. Must pass a background screen Preferred Qualifications: Dedicated safety professional certified in OSHA-30 and EM 385-1-1 compliance. Advanced training in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), AR 420-1 sustainability, and Executive Order (EO) 14057 environmental compliance. Experience performing enterprise-level risk assessments and implementing preventive safety programs across multiple project locations. Strong knowledge of federal safety management systems and Army Reserve environmental and occupational health programs. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead proactive, data-driven safety initiatives that reduce risk and enhance organizational culture.
