The Compliance and Safety Manager (CSM) will assist in the administration of the compliance program while supporting the Compliance Officer to establish and implement an effective compliance program. The CS will maintain a competent level of compliance literacy, researches laws and regulations and work within the priorities and strategies of the overall objectives of the WCCHC. This position will ensure WCCHC is up to date and in compliance with HIPAA, Disaster Preparedness and other industry compliance requirements (HRSA, OIG and OCR). EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1.
