Our Construction Safety Professionals play a key role in implementing best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with all levels of a construction team. Key Responsibilities: Mentor, educate, and train staff on safety protocols and industry best practices. Foster a positive safety culture by engaging workers, supervisors, and management. Attend and actively participate in safety meetings at varying frequencies as required. Conduct on-site safety observations and provide recommendations for improved work practices. Lead safety initiatives, including pre-task planning, audits, job safety analyses (JSAs), and permit processes. Requirements & Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of direct construction safety oversight experience working as an owners rep.
