Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety regulations and identify all requirements that apply or may apply. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction. Education/Certifications CHST from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health is strongly preferred. Requirements Previous experience in EPC Solar Construction to include land clearing, mass grading, site development, foundation installation, grounding installation, racking installation, photovoltaic panels and inverter wiring and installation and commissioning. Minimum of 2 years previous construction safety experience. Previous management experience preferred. Highly motivated individual with ability to effectively communicate up and down the organizational structure. Strong planning, organizational, and people management skills. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, Bluebeam, and similar.
